Do I need to have completed high school to enroll?

No, a high school diploma is not a strict requirement. If you haven’t completed high school, your application will still be considered based on other factors, such as:

  • Testimonials from at least three reputable sources, or
  • Involvement in ministry for at least 12 months, with a reference from your ministry leader, senior pastor, or CEO.

These references allow us to assess your experience and readiness for our programs. We are committed to providing opportunities for those called to pursue education, regardless of formal qualifications.

 

Is there a set timeline for completing courses?

No, you can progress at your own pace. Each module is designed to be completed within one month, and students typically complete 11-12 modules per year.

 

Do you offer Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)?

Yes, we offer RPL for eligible Bachelor’s and Master’s programs, allowing you to gain credit for relevant prior learning and experience. We may offer some RPL for our Diploma/ Associate Degree. See RPL Page. 

 

Do I have to pay the entire amount upfront?

What are the costs for Certification in Accredited short courses?

Each module can be taken individually as a short course, earning an accredited certificate.

Costs range between 45USD and $75 USD and is accredited by CAAI, ITAA, and IAOTH.

As a Non-Profit Religious Corporation (NPRC), we can charge lower fees because of reduced tax obligations and the efficiency of primarily operating online.

 

How do I make payments?

Once your enrollment is approved, payments will be processed via invoice. We strive to maintain a clear and organized financial system.

When can I start?

You can begin your studies as soon as your first payment is processed.

 

How will I receive my coursework?

Upon payment, all coursework for the paid modules will be sent to you as downloadable PDFs. If you pay for the entire year upfront, you’ll receive all modules at once. If paying incrementally, coursework is sent module by module.

 

Are printed manuals available?

Yes, printed manuals are available at an additional cost of $30-75 USD per module, excluding delivery charges.

 

Can handwritten work be submitted?

Yes, handwritten work can be submitted. An additional fee will apply, but you are welcome to submit your work in this format.

 

When do I need to submit my thesis or dissertation outline?

You can submit your outline whenever you are ready. Some students prefer to finish their coursework first, while others work on their thesis or dissertation alongside their studies. Choose the pace that works best for you. Just keep in mind that:

For Master’s:

  • a Minimum of 200 hours of counseling experience, verified and signed off by a qualified counselor, pastor, or office manager is needed. This must be a contactable reference must be provided for verification.
  • Dissertation – Counseling module of your choice utalising case studies from your 200 hours (or)
    Critical evaluation of existing modules, identifying errors or areas of disagreement, and offering well-researched alternatives.

For Doctorate:

  • an additional 200 hours of counseling experience: verified and signed off by a qualified counselor, pastor, or office manager.
  • Thesis: Bridging Theology and Psychology

 

What is the format for the thesis or dissertation?

Before writing, submit an outline of your chosen subject and key points. The format requirements are:

  • Thesis: 150-250 pages
  • Dissertation: 250-500 pages

Documents should be double-spaced, with one-inch margins, and include in-text citations. A bibliography should be included at the end. No printed copies are required; simply email your document as an attachment. We check for originality and proper citation, so please ensure all sourced material is rewritten in your own words, with appropriate credit for short quotes.
